Today I needed to make sure I had a little more energy to boost moral at work.
So I actually brought a food processor to work.
This takes guts, but I only got a few stares.
The worst was when I was in the work break room and a guy came in from the other office. The awkward silence was even worse as I loaded the processor up with frozen bananas.
Yep. Bananas.
And I whipped those frozen naners into delicious creamed delight that smoothed away my work worries.
For those of you who have not made Banana ice cream...it's summer. Get on it.
Take bananas:
peal 'em, chop 'em, freeze 'em, process 'em and eat 'em!
Really, this is a great way to never waste bananas. The trick is pealing them before freezing them. Obvious right? But so many people still freeze with the peel on!
Then process them or blend them until they turn into an creamy consistency.
Healthy, icy treat!
