Adventures in Living in a Tiny Space.

Due to my love of projects and my "take apart and try to put it back together" tendencies, I must have tools. We have a good amount of tools since Zeph wasn't the only one bringing in tools into the marraige. This was a frustrating problem in our last appartment. The closet they were stored in was jam packed and I had to pull the entire closet out in order to get to all my tools. When we moved into our current appartment, I decided it was time for a change.
First, I got rid of two of our tool boxes.
I laid out all of our tools and grouped them to give me an idea of what I needed to store them in.
I found the perfect sized storage option in our "donate" pile: a shoe wall organizer.
I halved the shoe organizer and took a dowel and wove it through the gromits in the shoe storage top. I then attached a ribbon to the dowel and hung the whole unit on a door hook .
We are never rummaging around the closet for tools and it saves a lot of space!
