Clogged

So between me and my roomy and our collection of hair...our drain has not been swallowing its needed amount. I poked around for some natural solutions and tried the baking soda and vinegar followed with boiling water approach. No banana. Or drainage. I then tried to use "Citrusolve" which is a great household degreaser. That did not work either. I cannot get the screw out that holds the grate because it is completely stripped and I can't imagine my landlord being very happy with me if I were to ruin it any further.
I will continue my solutions and mixes until I find the answer. In the mean time...any suggestions?
